TSA Fails According to Editorial

Ivan Eland has a brutal editorial that ran in the Providence Journal today. He calls out the TSA as  “merely governmental efforts to show the public that “something” is being done about terrorism.”

Unfortunately, for the most part I agree. The random screen procedures tends to do very little except annoy the traveling public. If the randomness of the process was removed, and people were profiled more directly, we would have a better chance of success and customer satisfaction.
